Shipping policy

Upon completion of your purchase, we will place an order with the print lab. Mark personally inspects and approves each print and only signs and numbers those that are acceptable. The total timeframe from time of order to the time of final shipment can be between 7-14 days. We will keep you informed of the current status of your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer calculated shipping options for all orders, based on the size of the print.

Fine Art Paper Prints

Small and medium fine art paper prints are shipped flat in a box, while large fine art paper prints are shipped in a shipping tube.

Fine Art Canvas Prints

For canvas prints, all orders are shipped in a box due to being gallery wrapped on a wood frame. We do offer the ability to reduce the shipping cost by unmounting the canvas and shipping the print in a shipping tube, the wood frame will not be provided.

Local delivery

Local delivery for prints is not available at this time, unless a prior arrangement has been made with us.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the USA. This is subject to change in the near future.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We currently ship via UPS and cannot provide service to a P.O. Box.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at inquiries@markspaethstudios.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
